The theme for this season is “connection” – and this theme will come to life in a different way each week of this season.  Myself and my special guests will be diving into mindset, success, wellbeing and relationships as we journey into a different facet of “connection” in each episode.

This week’s episode is a super fun – and random! – one.  AJ on my team asks me Vogue’s “73 Questions” – aka a list of some silly, some super deep and some really thought provoking rapid-fire questions.

We cover Juicy Tubes, inspiration, koalas, Formula 1, my pantry meal superpower, style icons, what I’d make a documentary about and a tonne more.  It was VERY odd to not be in the driving seat for this chat on my own show, but I actually learned a lot about myself from it… and had a lot of fun too!

This is definitely a different episode this week, and I’m hoping by the end that you’ll have some insights on how you would answer the questions and also that you feel even more connected with me.

If you’d like to connect in person, I would love to see you at my Reconnection Tour.  Event dates are:
Thursday 29th April – BRISBANE
Wednesday 5th May – ADELAIDE
Thursday 6th May – MELBOURNE
Thursday 13th May – SYDNEY

Tickets are available here: lorrainemurphy.com.au/reconnection-tour

Big thanks to Nature Nate’s honey for supporting this episode. I’m very fussy about the honey we buy and always go for the raw, organic stuff – which can be nigh-on impossible to track down on supermarket shelves!  So I’m thrilled to be partnering with Nature Nate’s as it’s available in Woolworths, is 100% pure, raw and unfiltered, and is made exclusively by Australian bees.  Over the next few months, I’ll be creating and sharing our favourite honey recipes – a tough gig. 😉
