Effective meal prep is one of the most important things I do each week. My weekly cook-up has been an institution in our household for years now, and it makes my heart so happy to have the fridge stocked with delicious, healthy food for the week ahead.

In this completely printable e-book, I share my personal food philosophy and all of my very favourite recipes that I’ve created in our kitchen. There are five sections: Breakfasts, Batched Lunches, Easy Weekday Dinners, Smoothies and Sweet Treats.
Every recipe is whole-food based, gluten-free and free of refined sugar. But most of all they are EASY, TIME-EFFECTIVE AND TOTALLY DELICIOUS!
